Initial asset review:
Upon the receipt of a tape, our real estate analysts team will evaluate and provide management with a property value based on the basic descriptive and financial data provided to us.
Our team will then evaluate liens based on publicly available information.
Management will review and submit an offer to the seller for review, including the terms and price under which we would like acquire the asset.
Once an agreed-upon bid is confirmed, we will then require that all collateral related to the assets be submitted for review so we can come to a clear picture of the property and borrower involved.
Our turn-around time for Due Diligence is generally within 5-7 business days.
Contract and closing:
Once due diligence is completed and approved, we move to signing the loan sale agreement and funding the purchase before the agreed-upon closing date.
MEB Capital works with well-known and compliant servicers that have the ability to handle traditional loans, including HUD mortgages as well.
All files and documents are reviewed for the last time. MEB Capital will work with the seller to ensure a completely smooth transfer of servicing. Once the agreement is executed, the purchase price is wired and the collateral files are shipped.
