Initial asset review:

Upon the receipt of a tape our real estate analysts team will evaluate and provide management with a property value.

Debt survey:

Our team will then evaluate liens based on publicly available information.

Indicative Bid:

Management will review and submit an offer to seller for review.

Due Diligence:

Once an agreed upon bid is confirmed we will then require that all collateral related to the assets be submitted for review. Our turn around times for DD generally is within 5-7 business days.

Contract and closing:

Once due diligence is completed and approved we will then move to signing the loan sale agreement and funding the purchase by the agreed upon closing date.

Service Transfer:

MEB Capital works with well known and compliant servicers with the ability to handle traditional loans as well as HUD mortgages.

Collateral files:

Are shipped to MEB Capital and we have completed a successful trade.
